How ordering works
Whether you're personalizing something from the shop or starting from scratch, here's exactly what to expect, step by step.
Ordering from the shop
For pieces you see in our shop that can be personalized.
1. Choose your piece. Pick the item, then any size or material options it offers.
2. Personalize it. Type your names, dates or wording in the box provided, and upload a photo if the piece uses one.
3. Check out. Choose shipping or local pickup and complete your order.
4. We prepare and make it. We lay out your design and reach out if anything needs clarifying before we make it.
5. Ship or pick up. Your piece is sent to you or set aside for pickup.

For ideas that aren't in the shop yet.
1. Send a request. Describe your idea and attach any photos, artwork or logos.
2. We review it. We reply by email to let you know whether we can make it and ask any questions.
3. Agree on the details. Material, size, wording and price are settled before anything is made.
4. We make it. Your piece is created to the details we agreed.
5. Ship or pick up. Just like a shop order.
Start a Custom ProjectGetting the wording right
Type your text exactly as it should appear, including capital letters, punctuation and any special characters. Double-check the spelling of names and the order of dates. If you have a layout or font preference, mention it in the notes.
Choosing a good photo
Send the original file from your phone or camera, not a screenshot. Pick a sharp, well-lit image where the subject fills most of the frame. For logos, a PDF or large PNG works best.
How long it takes
Timing depends on the piece and the quantity. Some product pages list a production time, and custom projects vary, so share your needed-by date and we'll tell you whether we can meet it.
