Sending photos? A few tips
The better the starting image, the better the finished piece. These make the biggest difference.
Send the original. Share the photo straight from your phone or camera rather than a screenshot or a picture from social media, which loses detail.
Look for good light. Daylight without harsh shadows shows faces, fur and texture best.
Get close. The subject should fill most of the frame and be in sharp focus.
Logos: a PDF or high-resolution PNG works best. If you only have a small image, send it anyway and we'll let you know.

Does sending a request commit me to buying?
No. A request just starts the conversation. Nothing is made or charged until you've agreed to the details.
What if my idea isn't possible?
We'll tell you honestly, and where we can, suggest a material, size or approach that gets you close to what you had in mind.
Can you match a piece I've seen somewhere else?
Inspiration images are welcome. We'll create an original piece in the spirit of what you like rather than copying someone else's design.
I have a deadline. Can you meet it?
Add your needed-by date to the form and we'll let you know right away whether it's realistic for your project.
