Every Barky Birch piece can be shipped to you or picked up locally. You choose at checkout.

Local pickup

Select Local pickup at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready, along with pickup details.

  • Pickup area: Manor, Texas
  • Pickup time: we will arrange a convenient time with you by email.
  • Need us to hold it? Just let us know when you pick up.

Shipping

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order.

  • Where we ship: available options for your address are shown at checkout.
  • Delivery time: depends on the shipping service you choose, and starts once your piece is made.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Production time

Because each piece is made to order, production time comes before shipping. Product pages list production time where it applies. For custom projects, we will tell you what to expect before you commit.

Need it by a certain date?

Add your date in the order notes at checkout or in your custom project request, and we will let you know whether we can meet it.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the packaging and the piece so we can make it right.
